Peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Sunday August 29, 2010 with her loving family by her side, of Marie Phyllis DesRoches. Beloved wife and companion of Alfred DesRoches of 122 Dalton Ave., Tignish, aged 63 years. Born in Greenmount, P.E.I on September 4, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred R. and Sarah Annie (nee Mackey) Perry. Loving mother to Randy of St. Albert, Alberta. Dear sister to Marion (Charles) Bernard and Clarence (Joan) Perry of Nail Pond. She is also survived by an uncle Edgar (Noreen) Perry of Alberton and by her aunt's Rita Perry of Pleasant View, Anne Marie Perry of Skinners Pond. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home Alberton. Funeral on Wednesday afternoon September 1st from St. Simon and St.Jude Church, Tignish for funeral mass at 3:00 pm. Interment in the church cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral. As an expression of sympathy memorials to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated.
