The death occurred peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit at Community Hospital, O'Leary, on July 15, 2026, with her loving family by her side, of Margaret Alice (nee Williams) Adams, of Elmsdale, PEI, age 96 years. Born at Elmsdale on December 12, 1929, she was the daughter of David and Alecia (nee Stewart) Williams. 

Dear mother to the late Donald (Susan) Adams, the late Mabel (Ernest) Mallett, and Kevin (Carol) Adams of Elmsdale. Loving nanny (Old Nan) to Crystal (Leslie), Alecia, Matthew, Craig, Kelly (late Jarod Smith), and Nicholas (Sarah). Loving great-nanny to Donovan (Amanda), Lexie, Cohen, Lily, Emmett, Kevin, Keith, and Kimmy, and loving aunt to many beloved nieces and nephews.

Dear sister to Donald (the late Marion) Williams, of Halifax. Survived by daughter-in-law, Susan Adams, and son-in-law, Ernest Mallett, and by sisters-in-law, Grace Williams, of Crapaud, Nancy (Bob) Williams, of Alberton, and by brother-in-law, Raeburn Oliver, of Alberton.

Besides her two children, Donald and Mabel, she was predeceased by her husband, Howard Adams, and her granddaughter, Penny Mallett, great-grandson, Nathan Chaisson, and by brothers and sisters, Florence (Leith), Kathleen, Anna, Alton, Roy, and Russell.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton. Visiting hours Sunday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral will be held at E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel on Monday at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Erasmus Madimbu officiating. Interment at the Elmsdale United Church Cemetery.As an expression of sympathy memorials to the Elmsdale United Church Cemetery Fund would be gratefully appreciated.
