With heartfelt sorrow we are saddened to announce the sudden, yet peaceful, passing of Louise Cecile McEwen at the age of 76.  

Louise is predeceased by her parents, Bill and Yvonne Marie Kidd, her first husband, William Thomas John Potton, and second husband. Herbert Wilfred McEwen. She will be missed greatly by her loving daughters, Dara (Tommy) Marcoccia, and Cristina (Robert) Potton-Hick, and son, John (Vanessa) Potton. Lovingly missed by her grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is survived by her sister, Lorraine Ciprick, and brother, Eddie Kidd.  

A celebration of life will take place at Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton, on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Tim Broderick officiating. Visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Interment in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
