The death occurred peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Community Hospital, O'Leary, on Saturday, July 20, 2024, of Everett Carl Adams, of Elmsdale, age 90 years. Born at Elmsdale, PEI, on March 4, 1934, he was the son of the late Charles and Etta May (nee Shaw) Adams.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife Dolly Blanche (nee Smith) Adams on January 30, 2024. Loving father to Darrell (Pauline) Adams of Charlottetown, Randy (Janice) Adams of Knutsford, Wade Adams (deceased), Heather Joy (Romey) Fraser of Alberton, Holly (Alfred) Culleton of Elmsdale, and Trudy Adams of Elmsdale. Everett will be sadly missed by his 20 grandchildren and by his 27 great-grandchildren. Dear brother to Dorothy (Harvey) Butler of Miminegash, Eleanor (late George) Yeo of Alberton, Wilma (Rick) Payne of Alberton, Thelma (late Willard) Blanchard of Summerside, Gerald (Sandra) Adams of Elmsdale, and Earl (Pauline) Adams of Elmsdale. Everett is also survived by a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Donald and Marion (nee Smith) Williams of Halifax, and by his many nieces, nephews, friends, and acquaintances.

He was predeceased by his siblings, Junior Adams, and Lois Adams.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton .Visiting hours Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral on Tuesday afternoon from the Elmsdale Church of the Nazarene with funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Pastor Betty Zita officiating. Interment to follow in the Church of the Nazarene Cemetery.
