The death occurred at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, with her loving family by her side, of Mary Norma McWilliam, of Summerside, age 77 years. Dear wife of Charles Albert McWilliam. Born at Kildare Capes on February 6, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Clovis and Mary Jane (nee Gaudet) Martin.

Loving mother to Teena Hitchcock, of Summerside, Charles Randy (Shelia) McWilliam, of Summerside, and Gail Bursic, of Barrie, ON. Cherished grandmother to DJ (Maisie), Brandon, Anthony, and Lily. Dear sister to Melvina (Delsie) DesRoches of St. Felix, Frank ( Mary) Martin, of Norway, Linda (Ted) Myers, of Miscouche, Elmer (Muriel) Martin, of St. Felix, Brenda (Buddy) Pitre, of St. Felix, Ernest Martin, of Charlottetown, and Stewart (Jane) Martin, of Lindsay, ON. Norma will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, friends, and acquaintances.

She was predeceased by sisters, Ilma Hagan and Lorraine Sherran, her niece, Shelley, and nephew, Daniel.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton. Visiting hours Monday, May 15th, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Tuesday May 16th from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, for funeral mass at 3:30 p.m., Rev. John Molina, Celebrant. Interment in the church cemetery.
