The death occurred peacefully, at the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Thursday, April 13, 2023, of Terrance Joseph (Terry Pros) Gaudet of St. Peter and St. Paul, age 58 years. Beloved husband to Kelly Bertha (nee Ellsworth) Gaudet. Born at Alberton on October 15, 1964, he was the cherished son of Ben and Edith (nee Perry) Gaudet.

Loving father to Tristan (MacKenzie), Tyrone, and TJ (Dakota). Dear brother to Kenneth (Bonnie), of St. Felix, Tommy (Shelley), of Peter Road, Jody (Tammy), of Gavin Road, and Jason (Mandie), of Western Road. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Bertha (late Peter) Ellsworth, of Nail Pond, and by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael (Jan) Ellsworth, of Peter Road, Wayne (Jody), of Nail Pond, Linda (Jason), of Western Road, Pat (Amanda), of Cascumpec, Steven (Kerri Anne), of Nail Pond, and Clint Harper, of St. Peter and St. Paul. Terry will be sadly missed by his Godson Jerico his fur baby Rosey as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Terry was predeceased by his sister, Arlene Harper, and by his brother, Darryl. 

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton. Visiting hours Sunday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral on Monday morning, April 17th, from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m., Rev. John Molina, Celebrant. Interment later in the church cemetery.
