The death occurred at the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home, O'Leary, on Sunday, November 6, 2022, with his loving family by his side, of James "Ivan" Arsenault, formerly of Tignish, age 62 years. Born at Alberton, on October 22, 1960, he was the son of the late Joseph Sylvester and Mary Helena (nee Richard) Arsenault.

Lovingly remember by his brothers, Elmer, and his wife Jackie, of Tignish, and Larry, and his wife Jacinta, of Elmsdale. He will also be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews: Nicole Arsenault, of Calgary, Michael (Katie) Arsenault, of Memramcook, NB, Jennifer (Adam) Gallant, of St. Felix, Mark (Katie) Arsenault, of Enfield, NS, Ron Arsenault, of Toronto, Joey (Jessica) Arsenault, of Toronto, and Anthony Arsenault, of Elmsdale. He is also survived by his aunt, Louise LeClair, of Tignish.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Thursday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., then to St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, for funeral mass at 2:00 p.m., Rev. John Molina, celebrant. Interment in the church cemetery.
