The death occurred at the Toronto Western Hospital, on Thursday, September 22, 2022, of Ann Marie MacNeil, of Toronto, ON, age 76 years. Born at St. Roch, PEI, on June 8, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Peter Maxime, and Edna Mary (nee Arsenault) Blanchard.

Cherished mother to Earla (Clifford) of St. Louis, Michael (Miranda) MacNeil, of Burlington, ON, and Wayne (Jolene) MacNeil, of Toronto, ON. Loving grandmother to Stephen (Jessica), of Glace Bay, NS, Jessie (Cameron), of St. Louis, CJ, of St. Louis, Amanda of Toronto, ON, and Alyssa, of Toronto, ON.

Dear sister to Noreen Blanchard, and Ida Blanchard, both of Toronto, Raymond, of Alberton, Gerard (Brenda), of Alberton, Fred (June), of St. Roch, and Joseph (Rose) of Cascumpec. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Rose Ann Blanchard, of Wellington. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.       

She was predeceased by a sister, Anita, and by a brother, Johnny.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton. Visiting hours Monday evening, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral mass on Tuesday morning, October 4, 2022, from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m., Rev. John Molina, Celebrant. Interment in the Church cemetery.
