The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth 11 Infirmary, Halifax, NS, on Saturday, June 4, 2022, of Karen Carla Nason, loving wife of Laurie Ray Nason, of Summerside, in her 60th year. Born at Alberton on August 24, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Harold Kenneth and Nancy Ellen (nee Smith) Culleton.

Survived by siblings, Benny (Brenda), of Mount Pleasant, Sharon (late Jeff) Burleigh, of Bideford, Sheila (Irvin) Wilson, of Mount Pleasant, Donna (Blair) Albert, of Miscouche, Allison (Norman) Cornish, of O'Leary, and Laurie (Richard) Gallant, of Tyne Valley. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Jeannie (Keith) Falkner, of Moncton, and their children, Jamie McMullin, of Inverness, and Cindy Christie, of Moncton. She will be missed by nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, brother-in-law, Jeff Burleigh, sister-in-law, Sylvia Culleton, and nephew, Bradley Campbell.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton. Visiting hours Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service, in the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel, at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Ann Bush officiating. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
