The death occurred at Western Hospital, Alberton, on May 21, 2022, of Raymond Joseph Kelly of Roseville, in his 97th year. Born in Roseville on November 12, 1925, he was the son of Paulinus and Regina (nee O'Halloran) Kelly. Brother to Rita (late Harry) Dunn, Summerside and the late Gerard Kelly.

He is survived by sister-in-law, Mary Kelly, Halifax, NS. He will be remembered by nieces and nephews, Betty (Paul) MacDonald, Lower Montague, Raeburn (Debbie) Dunn, Elmsdale, Paula (Wayne) Clark, Summerside, Gerarda (Tim) Bernard, Okotoks, AB, Paul (Deirdre) Kelly, Galway, Ireland, and Kevin Kelly, Halifax, NS.

He will also be sadly missed by cousins, Keir Kelly, Roseville, and Archie O'Halloran, Brockton, his friend Danny Dalton, Brae, as well as by his many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Raymond was a lifetime resident of Roseville, where he resided on the original family farm.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Private visitation on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m., then to St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church, Burton, Lot 7, for funeral mass at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Brendon Gallant, celebrant. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
