The death occurred at his late residence in Pleasant View, on Monday, March 28, 2022, of John Alfred Doucette age 68 years. Born at Alberton, on December 27, 1953, he was the son of Eleanor Mary (nee Ellsworth) and the late Aneas Joseph Doucette.

Dear father to Dustin Murphy of Hamilton, ON. Dear brother to JoAnn (Gene) Van Bergen of Hamilton, ON, Wade (Lily) of Hamilton, ON, and Jim (Karen) of Summerside. John is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton. No visitation or funeral by personal request.
