The sudden death ocurred on July 7, 2021, of Ty Ivan Rayner
of Huntley, cherished son of Jason and Tina (Starkey) Rayner, loving
brother to Cole and Clay. Ty was born in Summerside, PEI on June 9,
2001.
Dear grandson of Penny (Dean) Hustler, Blair (Aldona) Rayner,
Ruby (James) DesRoches and Thomas Starkey, great-grandson to Leroy and
Evelyn Arsenault, nephew to Jonathan (Amie) Starkey,
Josh Rayner, Derek Rayner, Tammy Starkey, and Rhonda
LeClaire. Ty will be missed by his many great-aunts and uncles, and
his many friends.
Ty was predeceased by his aunt, Mandy Rayner, and his
brother, Cole.
Ty was known for his strong work ethic. He loved fishing
lobsters, hanging out with his friends and driving around in his red
truck.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton, for
a private family visitation Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. A private
funeral for family and invited guests on Monday morning at the
Greenmount Church of Christ, for funeral service at 10:30 a.m., Gordon
Weatherby officiating. Interment in the Greenmount Church of Christ
Cemetery.

As Covid restrictions
do not allow all mourners to attend the wake, for those who wish to
honour Ty's memory, there will be a drive-through memorial book
signing and donation box located in the parking lot of CMHC (the
Centre), across the road from the Funeral Home. This will take place
from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 11th. Please enter on
Dufferin Street, onto College Street, then exit onto Main
Street.
Monetary donations will
be accepted for the Ty Rayner Funeral Expense Fund.
