The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, June 28, 2021, of Patti Lynn Ellsworth of Alberton, age 48 years. Beloved wife of Terry Gerard Ellsworth. Born on May 22, 1973, she the cherished daughter of Hector L. and Elizabeth Ann (nee Campbell) MacLeod.

Cherished mother to Jacob Thomas Getson and dear step-mother to Kelsey Ellsworth (Shannon Lynch) and Cody Ellsworth. Loving grandmother to Ellie Lynch. Dear sister to Sherri (Philip) Pridham. Dear daughter-in-law to Frances (late Johnny) Ellsworth. Sister-in-law to Kevin (Kim) Ellsworth, Audrey (Grant) Buchanan and John Ellsworth. Loving aunt to Sean Pridham (Emily Beers), Hayden Pridham, Lisa Hatfield, Christopher Buchanan, Cory Buchanan, Jackie Perry, Megan Ellsworth, Emma Ellsworth, Shania Ellsworth and Truman Ellsworth. Great-aunt to Madison and Kaylie Pridham.

She was predeceased by her niece, Kaylie Alyssa Pridham, father-in-law, Johnny Ellsworth, grandparents, Robert and Georgie Campbell and Walter and Julia MacLeod, uncles, Donald Campbell, Harold MacLeod, Gerald MacLeod, Willard MacLeod, Kenny MacLeod, John MacInnes, Alden Rennie, Jim Roper, and great uncle, Melvin Hardy.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton, for a private visitation for family and invited guests on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service for family and invited guests Thursday morning, July 1, 2021, from the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel at 11:00 a.m., Pastor Ross Morrison officiating. Interment the the Elmsdale Church of the Nazarene cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy memorials in Patti's memory made to the Canadian Cancer Society and will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
