The death occurred at the Maplewood Manor, with her loving
family by her side, on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, of Lulu
Isabel Campbell-Hutt of Alberton, PEI, in her 103rd year.
Born on January 17, 1919, in Woodvale, PEI, to Walter and Louise
(Beairsto) Beairsto of Woodvale.
Loving mother of Barbara (Albert) O'Meara, Alberton, Keith
Campbell (David Ace), of Cascumpec, Betty (Ray) Hansen of Boundary
Creek, NB, John (Kathleen) Campbell of Alberton, Donna (late Miles)
Boulter of Cornwall, PEI, Martha Dawson of Alberton, and Valerie
(Austin) Gallant of Alberton.
She will be sadly missed by her 18 grandchildren, 34
great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by
several nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Victor Campbell,
in 1976, and Lemont Hutt in 1991. She was also predeceased by
her siblings: brother, Atlee Beairsto and his wife Marion; brother,
Jack Beairsto and his wife Beatrice; brother, Preston Beairsto and his
wife Thelma; sister, Edith Childs and her husband Frank; brother,
Charles, in infancy, and by sons-in-law, Ray Fitzpatrick and
Miles Boulter.
Resting at Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton.
Visitation Saturday, May 29th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral
Service Sunday, May 30th, from the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel,
Alberton, at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Robert Lockhart
officiating.
As an expression of sympathy, memorials to Montrose United
Church Cemetery Fund or Church Building Fund would be greatly
appreciated. Interment in the Montrose United Church
Cemetery.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions the visitation and funeral will
be for family and invited guests only.
