Suddenly at his home, at 98 May Point Road, Charlotteown, on Friday, July 31, 2015, of Alfred James Rayner, beloved husband of Jeannie (nee Holland) Rayner age 60 years. Born at Kentville, N.S., on December 26,,1955, he was the son of the late Keith and Barbara (nee Jackman) Rayner. Lovingly remembered by his daughter, Crystal Rayner, of Charlottetown, son, Darcy Rayner, of Base Borden, Ont., daughter, Chelsey Rayner, of Charlottetown. He is also survived by his three grandchildren, Caleb, Hannah and Benjamin, as well as his many nieces and nephews. Dear brother to: Sylvia (Bruce) Luscombe, Keith (Elvira) Rayner, Delphine Rayner, Sandra (Tom) McEvoy and John Rayner. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Mary Holland, and by sisters and brothers-in-laws, Helen Holland, Linda (Kenny) Blacquire, Judy (Mike) MacKinnon and  George (Sandra) Holland.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Wednesday, August 5th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Thursday afternoon from the Greenmount Church of Christ, at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow in the Greenmount Church of Christ Cemetery.
