The death occurred at the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Friday, November 3, 2017, of Theodora Marie (Dora) Perry, of the Tignish Seniors Co-op Home, and formerly of Alberton, age 93 years. Predeceased by her first husband, Albert Arsenault, and by her second husband, William T. (Bill) Perry. Born at Leoville, on April 11, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Medric and Margaret Ann (nee Arsenault) Poirier.

Dear mother to Roger Arsenault of Charlottetown, and mother-in-law to Linda Arsenault of Charlottetown and Cathy Gallien of Skinners Pond. Loving grandmother  to Scott (Joni) Arsenault of Sea Cow Pond, Benjie Arsenault of Skinners Pond, Darren (Lyndsey) Arsenault of Charlottetown, Debbie (Billy) Kays of Charlottetown, David (Kristy) Arenault of Charlottetown. Great grandmother to Benjie, Isaac, Sophie, Owen, Brayden, Reese, Denver and Emery.

She is also survived by 19 step-grandchildren and by great grandchildren. Step-mother to Jim (Brenda) Perry of Stoney Creek, Laurie (Evelyn) Perry of Amherst, N.S. Terry Perry of Charlottetown, Marjorie Manfredi of Brampton, Ont., Bernadette (Gordon) Buchanan of Carlton, Lot. 6, Patricia (Rodney Coughlin) of O'Leary and Beth Jacobson of O'Leary. She also survived by a sister-in-law, Florence Poirier of Cole Brook, New Hampshire. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by sons, Terrance and Reginald, and by siblings, Dr. Leo Poirier, Reta (Larry) Bernard and Olive (Leslie) Mailette.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home & Chapel, Alberton. Visiting hours Monday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Tuesday afternoon from the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road, for funeral mass at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Albin Arsenault, Celebrant. Interment in the church cemetery.
