At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday, April 7, 2017, with her loving family by her side, of Mary Lou Fraser, beloved wife of Allan Fraser, of Clinton view Lodge,Clinton, age 64 years. Born February 23, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Marie (nee Gaudet) Gavin.

Loving mother to Amanda (Blair) Cobb of Hunter River and Tammy Fraser (Dale Baglole) of Miscouche. Cherished grandmother of Nolan, Ryder and Payton Cobb, Andre Bernard, and Abigail Baglole. Dear sister of Ralph (Heather) Gavin of Alberton, Carol Pickett of Charlottetown, Diane (Blair) Arsenault of Charlottetown, Brian Gavin of Charlottetown, Joey Gavin of Calgary, Colleen Gavin of Alberton, Leslie (Kenneth) Arsenault of Kildare, Lillian (Duane) Gaudette of Tignish, Dale Gavin of Tignish, Theresa Gavin of Alberton, and David Gavin (Jill) of Tignish. She is also survived by her step-mother, Noreen (Powers) Gavin. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Karen Fraser of Charlottetown, and brother-in-law, Kevin (Karen) Fraser. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, friends and acquaintances. 

She was predeceased by her father-in-law, Wilbur, and her mother-in-law, Eleanor on April 1, 2017, and a brother-in-law, Wayne Fraser.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Sunday, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Monday morning from the E. Gerald Rooney Memorial Chapel, at 10:30 a.m., Rev. Brendan Gallant, Officiant. Interment later in St. Simon and St. Jude Cemetery, Tignish.
