Peacefully at the Maplewood Manor, Alberton, on Thursday, December 29, 2016, with her family by her side, of Laura Theresa Doyle, formerly of Tignish, age 67 years. Born on April 27, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Boyde and Dorothey (nee Harper) Doyle.

Dear sister to: Justin Doyle of Tignish, Maureen Doyle of Tignish, Elizabeth (Reg) Knox of Tignish, Stephen (Paula) of Toronto, Carmen Doyle of Tignish, Lorne (Marie) Doyle of Tignish, Helena (Bruce) Pitre of Tignish, and Ann (Wornie) McAllister of Tignish. She is also survived by a sister in Law,Brenda Doyle of Tignish.  She was predeceased by siblings, Bernadette and Martin.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Monday from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, at 10:30 a.m., Rev. Brendon Gallant, Celebrant.

Interment later in the Church cemetery.
