At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday,
October 27, 2016, with her family by her side, of Mary Pauline Cahill,
beloved wife of Cecil Cahill, of Kildare, P.E.I., age 87
years. Born at Nail Pond, P.E.I. on November 12, 1929, she was the
daughter of the late Howard and Anna Belle (nee Chisholm)
McCue.
Loving mother to Florence (John) Bursey of Gander,
Newfoundland, Edward (Darlene) of Huntley, and David (Paula)
of Alberton. Cherished grandmother to Christopher, Michael (Donna) and
Melanie (Serge). Great-grandmother to Alicyn Cahill, Caleb Gallant,
and Breielle Gallant. Dear sister to Rita Boehm of Kitchener, Ontario.
She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Sr Marie Cahill, CSM and Sr.
Annette Cahill, CSM of Charlottetown and Zoe McCloskey of Whitby,
Ontario. She is also survived by a brother-in-law, Frank Richard of
Maplewood Manor, Alberton.
She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Mandy Rayner and by
sisters, Cecelia Richard and Florence Thompson.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting Hours
Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Funeral
Tuesday from the Sacred Heart Church, Alberton, for funeral mass at
2:00 p.m., Rev. Andrew MacDonald, Celebrant. Interment in the Church
cemetery.

Foundation or the Sacred Heart Building Fund or Cemetery
Fund.
The Sacred Heart Council of the C.W.L. will hold prayers for
their departed member at the funeral home, Monday afternoon at 1:45
p.m.
