Peacefully at the Tignish Seniors Coop Home, on Sunday, June 5, 2016 of Evelyn Rosella Christopher, formerly of Alberton and St. Felix, age 98 years.

Born at St. Felix on May 31, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Adelia (nee Mosher) Christopher.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Judy Christopher, of Alberton, niece Joy (David) Barbour, of Alberton, and by nephews, Alton (Belle) Sellick, of Alberton, and Orville (Nancy) Sellick, of Greenmount. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, her son Wilson, and by her sister Eva (late Waldo) Sellick.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home & Chapel, Alberton. Visiting hours Tuesday from 1:30 p.m. until time of funeral. Funeral Tuesday afternoon from the Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 p.m., Rev. Lynn McKinnon officiating.
