Suddenly at Poplar Grove, on Friday, April 29, 2016, of Troy Joseph Jeffery, of Christophers Cross, age 46 years. Born at Alberton on October 1, 1969, he was the cherished son of Albert and Marjorie (nee Harper) Jeffery.

Beloved husband to Sherri-Dawn (nee Cooke) Jeffery, and cherished father to: Krista (Joey) Beamish, of Foxley River; Nolan, Nathan, Faith, and loving grandson, Nicholas, all at home.

Dear brother to  Blair (Helen), of Tryon; Wyatt (Helen), of Broderick Road; Anita (Kirk) Boylan, of West Devon; Gordon (Mona), of Harper Road; Wanda (Michael) Gaudet, of Montrose; Ward (Pebbles), of Montague; Brent (Marcella), of Summerside; Jewel (Christopher) Randell, of Broderick Road.

He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Beryl (late Ralph) Cooke, of Cape Wolfe; and by brothers and sisters-in-law, Kent (Anne) Cook, of Argyle Shore, and Kirk (Gilda) Cooke, of Kelowna, B.C. Also survived by Ralph's six children. He will be sadly missed by his aunts, and uncles and by many nieces, nephews, cousins, good friends and acquaintances.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Tuesday, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, afternoon from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, for funeral mass at 4:00 p.m., Rev. Brendon Gallant, Celebrant. Interment in the Church cemetery.
