Peacefuly at the Maplewood Manor, Alberton, on Sunday, November 20, 2015, of Marie Florence MacDonald, of Tignish and formerly of Toronto, age 86 years. Born at Tignish on October 14, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Camille and Hazel (nee Brennan) Gaudet.

Dear sister to Freda Perry of St. Felix, Lorne (Beth) Gaudet of Charlottetown, and Louise (Bob) Scrimgeur of Montreal. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Diane Seguin of Montreal, and Jan Francis of Charlottetown. She wil lbe sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Irving, and by siblings, Albertina (late Don) Theriault, Kathleen (late John) Roselund, George Gaudet, Billy (late Joan) Gaudet, Frances Gaudet and Roy Perry.

Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Funeral Tuesday afternoon from St. Simon and St. Jude Church, Tignish, for funeral mass at 2:00 p.m., Rev. Brendon Gallant, Celebrant. Interment in the Church cemetery.
